The founder of Proinn Consultancy® in the last 2 decades has been on a fascinating journey of enabling technology development, innovation and grooming inventors using TRIZ.
With the context of Atma nirbhar Bharat, each year about 1.7 Million Engineering students are being graduated from colleges. Majority of them are seriously scouting for jobs in software, nothing wrong, but, the purpose of their learning is being determined by the pay cheque than their passion.
In this regard Proinn® is proving a right exposure with learning interventions to students and inspire them to be technology driven entrepreneurs. Our conviction is that if the structured innovation methods are taught to college students at an early age, we can inspire them to be innovators. This helps the corporations / start-ups to hire innovators than just engineers.
In pursuit of this journey, we partner with TRIZTI®, India’s regional MATRIZ Association and contributing to this social cause. We will teach Structured Jugaad® level 1 to these students as our social contribution on your behalf!
